5 Minutes High Protein Lunch

Ingredients :

 3 eggs , Frozen vegetables , Rice , Soya Sauce , Salt.

 

Instruction : 

At first we have to put a little amount of oil on the pan and break 3 eggs . After that we will add a bowl of rice and frozen foods together and mix it . At last we have to add salt according to our taste and soya sauce to make it more appetizing.
